What to know about vitamins and supplements that help fight the flu:1.

Vitamin C, B-complex vitamins and essential fatty acids.

Vitamins C, C, E and E-complex have been shown to be helpful in fighting flu symptoms and to help protect against influenza virus infection, the American Academy of Pediatrics says.

The FDA has approved two brands of these vitamins: Vibrio, a vitamin C-rich formulation that contains two to three grams of vitamin C per pill, and Vitamin B6, which contains up to eight grams per pill.

The latter formulation has a higher percentage of the vitamin B6 than the previous, and is made from vitamin B12, which is an essential fatty acid.

The American Academy also says that Vitamin A is especially beneficial in fighting the flu, which can cause the body to release antibodies against itself.2.

Vitamin B1, a compound found in fish and other foods that help protect the body against influenza.

In addition to being able to help fight influenza, vitamin B1 is also beneficial for the body, the FDA says.

It can reduce inflammation and reduce the risk of cancer, and helps the body repair and rebuild damaged tissue.3.

Vitamin D3.

Another type of vitamin, vitamin D3 is thought to help improve heart health and can help prevent or treat heart disease, diabetes, and other conditions.

A 2014 review of research suggests that vitamin D levels in the blood are more than 80 percent of a person’s overall vitamin D intake, and a 2012 study found that vitamin A is particularly important for boosting vitamin D production in the body.

The body can produce up to 25 percent of its own vitamin D from sunlight.4.
