In recent years, a proliferation of plastic bottles have become commonplace and are being sold for many different reasons, from to help prevent mold and bacteria in the home, to make your water taste better.

But the bottle you buy in the grocery store might not be what you think.

Makeshift mineral water bottles can actually be a cheaper way to save money than a plastic one, according to the Food and Water Watch.

In a recent article for the magazine, researchers at the University of Missouri School of Medicine looked at the different types of water bottles available and concluded that mineral water was the most efficient way to get your daily water needs met.

In addition to the obvious benefits of drinking water, there are a number of other things to consider when buying a mineral bottle.

For starters, the cost of making your own water bottle is pretty affordable.

There are plenty of online and local makers to choose from, and if you can find a local one, you can also make one from recycled materials, like cardboard or Styrofoam.

But as with many products, it’s always worth considering what kind of product you’re buying.

“You might have to get a friend who can make your own mineral water and you’re paying for that,” says David Lohr, a water expert and founder of WaterAid.com, a website that connects customers with water quality experts and a supply chain that makes it possible for consumers to shop for their water.

The key to a good mineral water is knowing what kind and quantity of water you want to drink.

For example, mineral water usually contains less than 1 percent sodium and 2 percent potassium.

The water will taste a bit more tart if you choose to drink it with a little more water, so it’s wise to go for the lowest sodium option.

If you’re drinking more than 2 percent of your daily fluid intake, you may want to consider using an electrolyte drink.

Some brands of mineral water, such as the brand Nalgene, include electrolytes to help you absorb extra sodium and potassium.

If you’re already a fan of mineral drinks, you should also consider making your choice based on your health needs, according ToeJammer, a personal water purifier and water purification system.

If your water is already sweetened with sugar, you’ll want to use a sugar-free option.

Another consideration is the type of mineral drink you’d like to drink and the quality of the water you’re getting.

A mineral water can come in a variety of styles, ranging from a sweetened beverage with sugar to one that’s a bit tart, with lots of minerals.

The sweetening can be as simple as adding a pinch of salt to water or adding a tablespoon of calcium carbonate.

The mineral water you buy should come in the bottle, too, which is a good way to reduce waste as well as the cost.

The good news about mineral water comes with some drawbacks, though.

Like any water source, the quality can vary from one bottle to another, which means you might not always be getting the same amount of water, especially if you have more people in your household.

And if you’re trying to cut down on water consumption, mineral drinks can also be more expensive than regular water because they are often made from more expensive ingredients.
