The U.S. Department of Agriculture says it is investigating a reported lemon water spill at a hot water bottle dispenser in Iowa, but no one was hurt.
Officials with the Iowa Department of Public Health say they have been notified of the incident, which happened on Monday afternoon in the city of Ames.
No injuries were reported, but the department said it is taking additional steps to protect its employees and customers.
A local news station reported that the dispenser was used to store water from a hot shower, and there were also reports of lemon water spilling onto the floor.
Officials at the Des Moines Register say that the department is investigating the incident and will not be releasing any information until the investigation is complete.
